As a Movement & Breathing Re-Education Specialist, I work with men and women to help them recover from illness or injury and maintain healthy mobility. My goal is to empower individuals to keep moving, stay strong, full of energy, safe and pain-free throughout their lives.

- Flexible Schedule: Life is unpredictable, and I get it! Join our weekly sessions on Zoom, where you can choose from multiple time slots on both Tuesday & Thursday (7:50-8:50 AM or 9-10 AM EST). Whether you're an early riser or prefer a mid-morning boost, there is a time that suits you.
And if you can't make it to class, the recording will be posted within 24 hours on this site.
- Blanket Yoga Bliss: Immerse yourself in a 2-hour Blanket Yoga Class every Saturday from 9-11 AM EST. It's the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice and experience the benefits of prolonged mindfulness.
