Mindful Movement Monday 1/22/24:
We did a little exploration into the spinal movements of WALKING.
- If we are tucked under in the pelvis,
- Overly swayed or hunched over,
- Then we have a very real postural problem,
- And not only will standing & sitting be misaligned,
- But walking becomes increasingly difficult & ineffective.
