Monday: 1/22 - "Explore WALKING In Your Chair"

Mindful Movement Monday 1/22/24:

We did a little exploration into the spinal movements of WALKING.

  • If we are tucked under in the pelvis,
  • Overly swayed or hunched over,
  • Then we have a very real postural problem,
  • And not only will standing & sitting be misaligned,
  • But walking becomes increasingly difficult & ineffective.
